            2025年 7 月 12 日至 14 日,由粤港集团主办、广州理工学院委托、香港中文大学(深圳)承办的《跨学科项目式》教师培训课程顺利收官。广州理工学院 50 名教师全程参与为期三天的系统培训,在跨学科教学理论、实践技巧及技术融合应用等维度实现能力跃升,此次活动既是粤港集团深耕教育领域、推动校际资源整合的重要实践,也为高等教育教学改革与高素质人才培养注入新活力。

         作为深耕教育投资与资源整合领域的企业集团,粤港集团(CITY SINO GROUP)始终以 “链接优质教育资源,赋能人才培养升级” 为核心方向。此次主动牵头主办《跨学科项目式》教师培训,旨在依托集团资源整合优势,搭建广州理工学院与香港中文大学(深圳)的校际合作桥梁,通过优质教育资源的跨区域联动,助力高校教师队伍提升教学创新能力,为培养符合新时代需求的创新型人才奠定基础。

         活动筹备及开展期间,粤港集团全程统筹协调,充分发挥在教育领域的资源链接与组织统筹能力,确保培训课程精准对接高校教学需求,推动穗港两地高校教育力量深度协同,为培训的高质量落地提供坚实保障。

         培训首日,由粤港集团联合香港中文大学(深圳)邀请的人文社科学院校长讲座教授、发展与治理学科部主任、发展与治理研究院院长陶然教授开启首课。课程以 “跨学科教学的理论奠基与实践革新” 为核心,通过专家讲座、前沿案例剖析及可视化展示等多元形式,系统解读跨学科教学的本质、趋势与课程设计方法,引导参训教师深化对 “跨学科项目式教学” 核心模块的理解,为后续实践学习筑牢理论基础。

Focusing on practice, unlocking new paths for curriculum development

         次日培训围绕 “未来人才需求与教学创新” 展开,粤港集团联合授课团队以 “打破传统教学壁垒” 为目标,紧扣 “有料、有趣、有设计” 的课堂设计原则。讲师结合学生学习需求与高层次人才培养目标,通过案例分析、实操演练及专题研讨,向教师们传授项目式课程开发与教学设计技巧;参训教师围绕 “如何激发未来人才的学习情绪” 深入交流,在思想碰撞中探索贴合新时代教学需求的实践策略。

         培训最后一天聚焦 “AI 大模型支持下的跨学科教学融合”,粤港集团推动授课内容与前沿科技深度结合。课程不仅探讨跨学科学习向 “虚拟 - 现实” 融合模式演进的路径,更分享 AI 技术在日常教学中应用的具体案例与实操方法,帮助教师掌握技术赋能教学的关键能力,为打造智能化、创新型课堂提供清晰指引。

         At the end of the training, participating teachers expressed that this course not only deepened their understanding of interdisciplinary teaching, but also gained practical skills that can be directly applied to teaching practice. The successful holding of this training not only effectively enhanced the teaching innovation ability of the teaching staff at Guangzhou Institute of Technology, but also verified the professional strength of Guangdong Hong Kong Group in integrating educational resources and promoting inter school cooperation.
