Job description:

1. Carefully design teaching procedures based on teaching content, students' actual situations, and their cognitive patterns;

2. Patiently study teaching methods and course content, research exam directions based on the teaching syllabus, and regularly participate in subject group evaluations;

3. Timely understand students' grades and psychological changes, and adjust and optimize teaching methods in a timely manner

4. Participate in teaching and research exchanges in this discipline, research and select corresponding teaching methods;

5. Obey the arrangements of the project leader and department head, and complete the work tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in physics or mathematics related majors, with teaching experience preferred over professional limitations

2. More than 2 years of teaching experience in A Level or AP subjects (accepting internship positions)

3. Strong English application ability, able to use bilingual teaching, with good English reading and writing skills.
