From July 12th to 14th, 2025, the "Interdisciplinary Project based" teacher training course, hosted by Guangdong Hong Kong Group, commissioned by Guangzhou Institute of Technology, and organized by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), successfully concluded. 50 teachers from Guangzhou Institute of Technology participated in a three-day systematic training program to enhance their abilities in interdisciplinary teaching theory, practical skills, and technology integration. During the preparation and implementation of the event, Guangdong Hong Kong Group coordinated and coordinated the entire process, fully leveraging its resource linkage and organizational capabilities in the field of education, ensuring that training courses accurately matched the teaching needs of universities, promoting deep collaboration between the educational forces of universities in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, and providing solid guarantees for high-quality training.
On the first day of the training, Professor Tao Ran, the President of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Director of the Department of Development and Governance, and Dean of the Institute of Development and Governance, invited by Guangdong Hong Kong Group and The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), started the first lesson. The course focuses on the theoretical foundation and practical innovation of interdisciplinary teaching. Through various forms such as expert lectures, cutting-edge case analysis, and visual displays, the essence, trends, and curriculum design methods of interdisciplinary teaching are systematically interpreted to guide participating teachers to deepen their understanding of the core modules of "interdisciplinary project-based teaching" and lay a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent practical learning.

The next day's training focused on "future talent demand and teaching innovation".
